Lead the product strategy and business outcomes for Copilot's mobile commercial monetization. Drive paid growth by converting in-app interest into Microsoft 365 Copilot subscriptions across various business sizes.

Develop effortless purchase experiences and implement timely, value-led upgrade opportunities. Explore and shape new purchasing models, including usage-based offers, as AI capabilities advance. Build and mentor a product management team, collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to establish a robust experimentation engine.

We seek a Principal Product Manager with a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Product Management, or equivalent experience. A Master's Degree and 8 years of experience is also considered.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong track record in growth or monetization, with experience in B2B or product-led growth products. Proficiency in designing and interpreting large-scale experiments, along with experience in mobile app store and in-app purchase mechanisms on iOS and Android, is crucial. Familiarity with self-serve and business purchase experiences, pricing, packaging, or usage-based models is highly preferred. Experience in building AI products and data proficiency with SQL is also beneficial.
