As a Principal PM Manager, you will empower and grow a team of product managers by fostering a culture of coaching, clear expectations, and accountability. This includes making critical trade-offs, ensuring consistent delivery excellence, and driving results through direct customer engagement and strategic partnerships.

Influence and align engineering, design, marketing, sales, and finance teams to execute a shared vision. You will also shape the multi-year strategy for your product line, translating market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive insights into actionable plans. Building business cases and defining success metrics will be key to securing investment and driving product evolution.

A minimum of 10 years in product management, with at least 4 years specifically in security, is required. You should have a proven track record of leading product managers and growing talent, alongside end-to-end ownership of a product line from strategy to measurable business outcomes. Demonstrated success in engaging senior customer stakeholders and executives is crucial.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, with a data-driven approach.
