Spearhead cross-team advancements in middleware patterns and runtimes for scalable interoperability. Champion shared observability baselines, including SLOs and error budgets, alongside resilience patterns across numerous services.

Design robust software solutions aligned with business and operational goals, providing clear documentation and sharing findings. Oversee and enhance all phases of the software development lifecycle, mentoring engineers to foster continuous improvement. Develop and guide new software features, ensuring accessibility and comprehensive design documentation.
