Spearhead the evolution of middleware patterns and runtimes for scalable interoperability. Define and enforce versioning, deprecation, and rollout strategies to prevent downstream impact. Establish shared observability baselines and resilience patterns across diverse services.

Design and develop sophisticated software solutions, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals. Guide and mentor engineers through all phases of the software development lifecycle, fostering best practices. Lead code reviews, debug complex issues, and implement comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes.

Contribute to software system design, providing technical leadership and coaching to junior developers. Ensure adherence to architectural standards and occasionally evaluate new technologies.

Strong understanding of observability standards, capacity planning, and resilience patterns across multiple workloads.

Experience in designing software solutions, analyzing requirements, and guiding engineers through the software development lifecycle. Proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, performance profiling, and implementing comprehensive software testing. Expertise in implementing complex API versioning, lifecycle, and interoperability strategies.

Capability to implement and contribute to software system design, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to architectural standards. Experience in conducting technology research for potential architectural changes.
