Your core responsibilities will encompass providing comprehensive L2/L3 production support for Oracle Health Millennium applications, infrastructure components, and associated clinical workflows. You will actively monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and operational stability across diverse environments.

Key duties include troubleshooting and resolving incidents, service requests, application and infrastructure issues, and complex interoperability problems. You will conduct thorough root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and actively participate in incident, problem, change, and release management processes. A significant aspect of this role involves supporting Oracle Health Millennium migration, transformation, cloud adoption, cutover, and post-migration stabilization activities.

Furthermore, you will provide essential support and troubleshooting for healthcare integrations utilizing standards such as HL7, FHIR APIs, C-CDA, and SMART on FHIR. Expertise in administering and troubleshooting Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler/Citrix ADC, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, and secure access components is vital. You will also develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers to enhance business application support and database performance.

To excel in this role, a strong understanding of Oracle Health Millennium architecture, clinical workflows, and healthcare application support models is essential. You will need hands-on experience in integration, incident management, problem management, change management, production support, and root cause analysis.

Technical proficiency is required in areas such as Linux, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler/Citrix ADC, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, and fundamental networking troubleshooting. A working knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including queries, procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and performance troubleshooting, is also necessary. Experience supporting healthcare interoperability standards like HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, or SMART on FHIR is a must. The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse clinical, operational, technical, and project teams, coupled with strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and knowledge-transfer skills, will ensure your success in this dynamic position.
