An opportunity exists for an experienced Principal Integration Architect to spearhead integration strategy, solution design, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement within Oracle Health implementation, migration, and transformation projects. This role acts as the technical lead for integration workstreams, ensuring comprehensive oversight across system design, interoperability, testing, governance, and project execution to achieve successful client outcomes.

Key responsibilities include leading integration strategy, solution design, and technical delivery for Oracle Health implementation and migration projects. You will manage complex client engagements, serving as the primary escalation point for integration-related issues and risks. Develop and oversee domain, integration, testing, change management, and governance strategies.

Define and validate integration architecture, system interfaces, and interoperability solutions. Apply expertise in Oracle Health iBus & CAMM6/7 integration frameworks to support healthcare interoperability. Coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Provide technical leadership throughout implementation, migration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to define integration requirements and solution approaches. Monitor project risks and drive timely resolution. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to integration methodologies and delivery standards. Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance requirements.

This role requires 6 to 10+ years of professional experience in Oracle Health, healthcare technology, integration architecture, or related technical leadership roles. Experience leading large-scale healthcare implementation, migration, or transformation projects is essential.

Strong understanding of Oracle Health Millennium architecture, healthcare workflows, and experience supporting Oracle Health Clinical and Revenue Cycle solutions are necessary. Knowledge of PowerChart, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, Ambulatory, and Orders Management is also required.

Key technical skills include expertise in Application Interfaces, Citrix XenDesktop, IBM WebSphere, Integration Testing, Oracle Health Millennium, iBus architecture, CAMM6/7, Interoperability, CCDs, SQL, and Discern Explorer (CCL). Proficiency in data synchronization, validation, and quality management, along with strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, is critical.
