Join Oracle Health as a Principal EHR Implementation Engagement/Project Manager and lead transformative initiatives in healthcare. This role is pivotal in establishing robust implementation programs, governance structures, and innovative delivery models for Oracle Health implementations, modernization efforts, and AI-driven healthcare advancements. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution within diverse customer environments.

Spearhead the planning, execution, and operationalization of Oracle Health implementations and EHR modernization programs. Develop comprehensive implementation plans, rollout strategies, governance models, and operational roadmaps. Coordinate effectively across implementation, consulting, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and proactively resolve risks and issues. Drive Oracle Health Millennium deployments, migrations, optimizations, and transformation projects. Provide executive reporting, portfolio visibility, and facilitate governance reviews. Identify and address operational gaps, implementation risks, and process inefficiencies. Establish and promote best practices, repeatable implementation methodologies, and delivery standards. Foster collaboration between leadership, stakeholders, and customer organizations. Support enterprise healthcare modernization programs, integrating AI and digital transformation. Ensure adherence to organizational governance, security, and project management standards.

A minimum of 6 to 10+ years in program management, project management, implementation management, consulting, or healthcare technology delivery is required. Demonstrated experience supporting complex implementation, modernization, transformation, or operational initiatives is essential. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, diverse stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams. Experience in developing project plans, governance frameworks, implementation processes, and operational models. Solid understanding of Oracle Health Millennium architecture, implementation methodologies, and healthcare workflows. Familiarity with EHR, healthcare IT, clinical systems, or healthcare transformation programs. Proficiency in program and project management, governance, portfolio management, and executive reporting. Skills in risk, issue, dependency, and change management, alongside implementation planning and rollout strategy are crucial. Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are paramount, complemented by excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
