This role focuses on providing engineering and operational expertise for identity and access management across Microsoft 365 tenants, supporting a large external agent population. You will be instrumental in ensuring secure, reliable identity services and enterprise-aligned controls.

Engineer and manage Microsoft Entra ID configurations, authentication methods, enterprise applications, and identity integrations. Design, implement, and maintain Conditional Access and MFA controls. Configure and support single sign-on integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect. Administer Privileged Identity Management, role assignments, and access reviews. Support identity lifecycle processes for external agents. Monitor identity service health, troubleshoot authentication issues, and remediate gaps. Develop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. Participate in identity discovery, migration, and hypercare activities. Produce operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and change records. Engage in incident response and support the offshore model.

Requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Possess hands-on experience engineering and administering Microsoft Entra ID in complex environments. Familiarity with Conditional Access, MFA, enterprise applications, identity governance, and privileged access. Experience troubleshooting authentication, authorization, federation, provisioning, and access issues. Working knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, provisioning, and directory synchronization. Proficiency in PowerShell; Microsoft Graph experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work within formal change, incident, problem, and security governance processes. Excellent written communication and documentation skills are essential.
