We are seeking a Principal Information Security Engineer to play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's information assets and ensuring compliance with stringent security standards. This position offers the chance to tackle complex cybersecurity challenges and implement innovative solutions.

Ensure adherence to industry, regulatory, and contractual security requirements across all products and customer engagements. Analyze and propose solutions for complex cybersecurity issues, including advanced conceptual analysis and building key security metrics. Lead and drive fast-paced cyber remediation efforts to minimize risk and maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of organizational data. Collaborate effectively with Business Information Security Officers (BISOs) and Enterprise Information Security Officers (XISOs) to achieve program objectives and address security gaps. Translate technical security requirements into understandable terms for customers and stakeholders. Develop and present program reporting metrics to relevant parties. Leverage expertise in cloud security, platforms, and services to secure SaaS offerings for enterprise security needs, understanding offerings from leading cloud providers.
Possess at least 5 years of experience in customer experience, with a focus on implementing customer experience strategies, preferably within security or technology sectors. Accumulate over 4 years of dedicated experience in information security programs. Demonstrate 4+ years of proven analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and addressing customer pain points with data-driven insights. Showcase 4+ years of experience in effectively communicating and partnering with internal customers. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience of 10+ years. Relevant certifications such as CISSP or GSEC are advantageous. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Information Security is required.
