Spearhead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions, encompassing Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced machine learning.
Define the technical vision and establish architectural standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices for AI-driven products. Lead technology evaluations and proof-of-concepts for emerging AI technologies.
Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI systems for complex workflows and develop enterprise GenAI solutions using leading foundation models. Implement advanced patterns like RAG and agent orchestration to enhance AI system accuracy and trustworthiness.
Develop predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models using diverse datasets and advanced statistical techniques. Architect AI-driven solutions to improve medication adherence, clinical outcomes, member experience, and operational efficiency.
Partner with platform, cloud, and data engineering teams to implement MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps capabilities for scalable AI deployment and operations. Establish robust frameworks for drift detection, performance monitoring, and cost optimization.
Ensure all AI solutions adhere to stringent healthcare regulatory, privacy, and security requirements. Design and implement responsible AI guardrails, including prompt protection and data privacy measures.
Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities. Influence enterprise AI strategy and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a Master's/PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is required.
Possess over 14 years of comprehensive experience in Data Science, AI, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning, with a minimum of 7 years dedicated to delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions in large enterprise settings.
Demonstrate hands-on expertise in developing and deploying enterprise AI solutions using modern frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Vector Databases. Solid experience with enterprise LLM platforms like Claude and OpenAI GPT/Codex is essential.
Exhibit proficiency in cloud-native AI platforms and distributed computing environments. Strong command of Python, SQL, and contemporary software engineering practices is crucial.
Proven expertise across Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models, and Advanced Analytics. Demonstrated mastery of RAG, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and LLM safety mechanisms.
Solid understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices. Ability to architect, design, and deliver scalable AI solutions from conception to production operations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills are paramount.
