Lead the end-to-end construction of data centers with colocation providers, prioritizing on-time delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.

Develop and meticulously maintain project schedules and budgets, optimizing resource allocation for cost-effectiveness.

Create, review, and manage all project documentation, including design reviews, commissioning plans, and problem-solving reports.

Implement and oversee rigorous quality control processes to ensure all construction activities meet stringent design specifications and industry standards.

Conduct detailed site inspections and lead the critical startup and commissioning phases for major data center projects.

Proactively identify and address any gaps in risk identification and mitigation, developing and executing tailored solutions.

Serve as the primary liaison between our company and colocation providers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring strict compliance and performance.

Oversee the installation of essential infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems.

Demonstrated experience in leading data center construction projects, ideally with colocation providers, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Proficiency in project planning, execution, and management, with a proven ability to develop and maintain detailed schedules and budgets.

Expertise in implementing and overseeing quality control processes to meet design specifications and industry standards.

Strong skills in risk assessment, identification of mitigation gaps, and development of tailored solutions.

Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation capabilities, with experience in contract management.

Experience in overseeing the installation of critical data center infrastructure such as power, cooling, and networking.
