Design and develop scalable infrastructure services for GPU control and data planes, plus bare metal systems supporting customer AI workloads.

Enhance automation for testing, provisioning, and validating GPU and bare metal compute resources.

Build reusable infrastructure components with robust security, diagnostics, and monitoring.

Apply system and distributed systems principles to resolve bottlenecks and improve performance.

Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams on infrastructure solutions.

Define benchmarks and automate performance/reliability measurements.

Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and uphold high standards for design and code quality.

Ensure operational excellence and drive continuous improvements for GPU delivery at scale.

Own IDC-scope end-to-end, including feature development and program delivery.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bring 8+ years of software development experience in languages like Java, Go, C, C++, C#, or Rust.

Have at least 3 years of experience designing and developing large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems.

Demonstrate at least 1 year of technical leadership experience, clarifying cross-functional projects.

Show strong fundamentals in system design, distributed systems, and troubleshooting.

Exhibit clear communication, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience with GPU infrastructure, bare metal systems, or cloud infrastructure is highly valued.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is essential.

Experience scheduling high-performance workloads with Kubernetes or Slurm is required.
