Lead the AI-first delivery, integrating AI principles into workflows and leveraging automation. A minimum of 18 years of software/solution engineering experience is required, including hands-on coding and design. Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects is essential. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills are critical.

Expertise in Full Stack Application Engineering, including modern web/mobile frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js, Blazor) and robust backend engineering (.NET, Java, Node.js, Python). Experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems using REST, gRPC, and event-driven architectures. Strong data and platform fundamentals, including relational and NoSQL databases (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB), performance tuning, and application security.

Proficiency in AI-Driven Application Development, including hands-on use of GitHub Copilot across the SDLC and leading an AI pair-programming culture. Experience modernizing applications using AI tools and coaching teams on safe, enterprise-grade AI usage. Apply Responsible AI principles for security, privacy, and compliance.

Deliver production-grade AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and custom ML, including RAG architectures. Deep expertise in LLM integration, prompt engineering, and designing agentic AI systems. Design PaaS-first, cloud-native Azure architectures, prioritizing managed services. Strong expertise in Azure security, identity, and networking. Build highly available and resilient systems with a focus on cost-aware and Well-Architected principles.

Design and operate secure CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Hands-on Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Bicep, ARM, and Terraform. Deep understanding of observability and reliability engineering. Drive developer productivity through inner-source practices and automation. Embed DevSecOps and platform engineering principles.

Lead technical solutioning, estimations, and architecture design during pre-sales and delivery shaping. Translate business outcomes into clear architecture and execution plans.
