This role is integral to shaping and delivering cutting-edge solutions, collaborating with internal teams and partners to address unique customer challenges and accelerate the adoption of Microsoft technologies.

Engage in pre-sales activities, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide industry and technical insights for proposals and statements of work. Lead technical delivery by managing customer engagements, mapping requirements to Microsoft solutions, and developing project plans with risk assessments.

Implement solutions, oversee workstreams, and manage escalations while ensuring alignment with architectural intent. Proactively manage executive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business development by identifying opportunities for cloud and Microsoft technology adoption.

Contribute to intellectual property management by leveraging, modifying, and providing feedback on existing assets. Actively participate in readiness initiatives, learning new technologies, and mentoring team members to foster technical expertise and thought leadership.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field is required, along with at least 6 years of leadership experience in a relevant business area. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Preferred qualifications include 12+ years of leadership experience, along with technical certifications in domains like Azure, Security, or Dynamics, and Delivery Management certifications such as Scrum, Agile, or Project Management.
