Seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to spearhead the Absence Management workstream in an Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. This role demands an expert with 8-12 years of HCM experience, including at least 4 years specifically in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and a minimum of 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects. The consultant will act as the main Subject Matter Expert for Absence Management, overseeing the entire lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.

Beyond Absence Management, the position involves supporting Redwood enablement, driving Redwood process adoption, and contributing to Oracle HCM AI Agent initiatives. This collaborative role aims to modernize user experiences and unlock automation opportunities across HCM modules by working closely with functional and business teams.

Own and manage the Oracle Fusion Absence Management workstream, serving as the primary Absence SME from inception through hypercare. Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and lead solution design discussions. Configure and implement Oracle Absence Management, including detailed design and setup of leave policies, accrual calculations, eligibility, vesting, carryover, and balance rules.

Provide functional support for integrations, data migration, reports, and analytics. Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare phases. Additionally, support Redwood adoption across HCM modules by analyzing processes, identifying Redwood opportunities, and assisting with testing and user adoption. Contribute to HCM AI Agent initiatives by defining use cases, requirements, and conversation flows for automation and enhanced self-service.

This is a leadership role requiring an individual capable of independently managing the Oracle Fusion Absence Management workstream end-to-end. The candidate must also actively contribute to overall HCM Redwood enablement, process modernization, and Oracle AI Agent adoption. Comfort working directly with client stakeholders and driving solution delivery with minimal oversight is essential.
