We are seeking a seasoned Principal Architect - Salesforce with extensive experience in consulting and advanced technology solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce engineering, integrated with a strong foundation in cloud platforms and development practices.

Your expertise will drive the design and implementation of complex architectural solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. This is a key leadership position within our engineering team.

Develop and implement high-level architectural strategies for Salesforce and related technologies.

Lead the design and execution of complex integration solutions using REST APIs and ETL frameworks.

Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for data management and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.

Ensure robust data modeling and adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.

Mentor and guide development teams on best practices for Salesforce customization, including Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.

A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Salesforce Engineering and Consulting.

Proven expertise in Salesforce customization using Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.

Strong command of REST API, ETL frameworks, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Azure DevOps.

Demonstrated ability in data modeling and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Possession of a Bachelor's of Technology (B.Tech) in Information Technology or Computer Science, coupled with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology or Systems. Salesforce Certified Architect and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certifications are preferred.
