As a technical leader, you will guide solution architecture, technical design, and governance across the entire lifecycle of Azure Cloud and AI-based solutions. We are seeking passionate architects who excel in customer-facing engagements, embodying professionalism and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Lead client engagements from concept to delivery, ensuring successful technical and AI transformation. Collaborate with enterprise clients to define requirements, architect robust solutions, and deliver customized, AI-powered industry solutions.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring solutions are performant, secure, scalable, and maintainable. You will build strong relationships with customer decision-makers, acting as a Voice of the Customer to influence product roadmaps and drive improvements with Engineering teams. Proactively integrate modern architecture patterns and emerging AI/ML solutions into designs, while identifying and mitigating risks.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, from senior executives to technical teams. Lead deep technical architecture discussions, develop Proofs of Concept (POCs), and guide customers through production deployment and operationalization of application and AI solutions. Develop complex, end-to-end enterprise-grade solutions through collaboration with other architects and stakeholders, fostering exceptional cross-team synergy.

Key focus areas include application development on cloud platforms, microservices, distributed applications, AI/ML model operationalization, responsible AI principles, and data pipeline management. You will also mentor team members to accelerate innovation programs.

We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least 8 years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, or consulting. Alternatively, a Master’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience will be considered.

Preferred qualifications include extensive experience in implementing, operating, and tuning cloud solutions, designing scalable cloud architectures with a focus on performance and resiliency using microservices, and engineering distributed applications including AI-powered systems. Familiarity with application design patterns, NoSQL datastores, application monitoring, containerization (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and source code management (Git) is essential.

Demonstrated experience in architecting, designing, and deploying AI solutions using Azure AI or similar cloud services is crucial. Proficiency in building, training, and operationalizing machine learning models, including generative AI and LLMs, along with a strong understanding of AI solution design patterns and responsible AI principles, is highly valued. Programming skills in Python, R, or C# for AI development, along with experience in cloud databases and managing large datasets, are required.

Additional valuable experience includes technical sales, project management, AI certifications, and domain knowledge in specific industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Healthcare. A proven track record of building C-level relationships, strong executive presence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to new technologies are key attributes for success in this role.
