Act as a thought leader, shaping future-state architectures, modernization strategies, and AI adoption roadmaps. Evaluate emerging technologies and AI platforms to inform strategic investments and offerings. Influence innovation within GCID by sharing best practices and mentoring senior architects.

Operate as a trusted advisor to CEO/CIO/CTO stakeholders, guiding conversations on digital transformation, AI, cloud strategy, and platform modernization. Lead executive design sessions and architecture reviews, providing clear trade-off analysis. Own technical leadership in presales and deal shaping, developing differentiated solutions.

Provide senior technical leadership to architect teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Mentor and develop principal architects, influencing talent strategy and capability development.

Ensure enterprise-grade security, governance, reliability, and compliance across all engagements. Drive adoption of secure-by-design and Responsible AI practices, partnering with customer leadership to design for regulated environments.

A minimum of 22 years in software engineering and enterprise architecture is required, with extensive experience in C-level technical leadership roles. You must have a proven history of leading large-scale transformation programs across cloud, data, AI, and modern application platforms.

Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder influence, and decision-making capabilities are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary, with advanced certifications and industry recognition being highly preferred.

Expertise is expected across Full Stack Application Engineering, AI-Driven & AI-Enabled Application Development (including Azure OpenAI), Cloud-Native Architecture (Azure), DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Developer Productivity. Strong skills in Solutioning, PreSales, Strategic Leadership, Frontier Engineering, and Customer Enablement are also crucial.
