Lead AI-first delivery by integrating AI principles into workflows and leveraging automation. Own end-to-end project architecture and delivery, ensuring scalable and robust solutions aligned with client goals. Drive engineering excellence through reusable components and accelerators. Oversee technical execution, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategies, plans, and mitigation approaches. Act as a technical client liaison, translating business needs into technical solutions. Optimize delivery models for modern AI-native execution. Skillfully recover at-risk projects. We seek candidates with over 20 years of experience in software/solution engineering, including 10-15 years in architect and delivery leadership roles. Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects is essential. A strong understanding of modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) is required, alongside excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is necessary. Expertise spans Full Stack Application Engineering, AI-Driven Application Development (including GitHub Copilot and Responsible AI), AI-Enabled Application Development (Azure OpenAI, RAG, LLM integration, agentic AI systems), Cloud-Native Architecture on Azure (PaaS, containers, serverless, security, networking, resilience), and DevOps/Platform Engineering (CI/CD, IaC, observability).
