As an IC4 Software Developer, you will own complex technical solutions, guide delivery across multiple teams, and mentor aspiring engineers. This position offers remote or hybrid work arrangements, subject to team needs and Oracle policies, with the possibility of evolving requirements.

Key responsibilities include architecting, developing, and maintaining sophisticated enterprise applications, backend services, REST APIs, and microservices. You will translate complex business needs into robust technical designs and actionable software solutions. Critically, you will investigate and resolve challenging technical issues through in-depth code analysis and root-cause investigations, implementing preventive measures to ensure production stability and optimize system performance.

This role also involves defining project scopes, creating delivery plans, and managing timelines, resources, and risks for medium-sized projects. You will be responsible for strengthening engineering quality through robust testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and secure development practices. A significant aspect includes integrating AI/ML and Generative AI into enterprise applications to unlock new functionalities and efficiencies.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with at least eight years of professional software development experience. Essential skills include strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript, a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles, and proven experience in building complex enterprise applications, REST APIs, backend services, and microservices.

Expertise in SQL, relational databases, and software architecture is crucial.
