As an individual contributor (IC4), you will take ownership of complex technical initiatives, influence architectural direction, and collaborate to create secure, reliable solutions tailored for healthcare clients.

Spearhead the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing operation of scalable healthcare applications, robust APIs, seamless integrations, and cloud-native services.

Manage intricate engineering projects from conception to production, expertly balancing user needs with technical considerations and long-term system health.

Construct secure, resilient, and highly available distributed systems on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Lead architectural and design discussions, proactively identify technical risks, and define implementation strategies that span across multiple service boundaries.

Partner with product managers, architects, engineers, and operations teams to transform business requirements into impactful, customer-centric solutions.

Conduct thorough design and code reviews, mentor fellow engineers, and champion engineering best practices to elevate software quality and team performance.

Diagnose and resolve challenging production issues, optimize system performance, and enhance overall system reliability and operational readiness.

Strengthen automation, observability, security, infrastructure management, and continuous delivery pipelines.

Advance platform modernization leveraging cloud technologies, healthcare interoperability standards, and the strategic application of artificial intelligence.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 6 years of progressive experience in software engineering, application development, or platform engineering.

Exhibit strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or a comparable language.

Demonstrate experience in designing, developing, and operating enterprise applications or services on OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Maintain a deep understanding of distributed systems, effective API design principles, and modern cloud-native architectures.

Proven ability to independently lead and deliver complex technical projects while making sound engineering decisions.

Familiarity with the complete software development lifecycle, including automated testing, code reviews, deployment processes, and production support.

Possess excellent problem-solving capabilities, strong communication skills, and a knack for effective cross-functional collaboration.
