Lead enterprise architecture engagements for financial services or cross-industry clients. Define target state architectures, drive digital modernization, and address key technology challenges including core transformation, cloud adoption, data enablement, and API-led innovation.

Translate strategy into actionable technology roadmaps, ensuring architecture decisions deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities include defining blueprints across applications, data, cloud, and security; assessing current states; developing modernization roadmaps; and evaluating build vs. buy vs. reuse options.

Provide advisory on emerging financial technologies, recommend best practices in DevSecOps and Agile delivery, and drive technology governance. Collaborate with diverse teams and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives.

Possess 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or digital transformation within the Banking, Insurance, or relevant cross-industry domains. A B.Tech/M.Tech from a top-tier institute is required; an MBA is an advantage.

Demonstrate strong understanding of BFSI business processes or enterprise-scale architecture solutions across various industries. Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF is essential, along with hands-on experience in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), data, and integration technologies.

Familiarity with modern technology trends such as microservices, containerization, API-led architecture, and experience with DevSecOps and Agile delivery models are crucial. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills are necessary to engage C-level stakeholders and simplify complex technological concepts.
