Advance Oracle Exadata/RAC DBA expertise to join our dynamic team. This role demands deep knowledge and proven troubleshooting skills across Oracle database technologies, with a specific emphasis on Exadata and RAC. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining the availability, reliability, and quality of enterprise Oracle database environments.

Join Oracle’s Customer Success organization, contributing to services and support for critical database systems. You will collaborate with customers and global engineering teams across various time zones to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide expert-level support for Oracle Exadata and RAC environments, encompassing troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization.

Manage and maintain Exadata and RAC systems through upgrades, migrations, and patching.

Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and offer proactive guidance.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base resources.

Participate in on-call rotations to support Exadata systems 24/7.

Work collaboratively to resolve complex technical issues and deliver superior solutions.

Effectively communicate technical findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle RAC Database or Engineered Systems Administration is mandatory.

Proficiency in Oracle Data Guard, RMAN Backup Recovery, Diagnostics, and ASM is essential.

Demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships and providing expert advice is required.

Flexibility to work night shifts or US timings, and a willingness to commute to the office, are necessary.

Familiarity with Exadata, Golden Gate, OCI, ZDLRA, and Performance Tuning is highly desirable.

Relevant degrees such as BE, B.Tech, MCA, or CA are preferred.
