Join Oracle's Customer Success organization as a Principal Advanced Services Engineer specializing in Oracle Exadata and RAC.

This role focuses on enterprise Oracle database environments, requiring extensive knowledge and troubleshooting expertise in Oracle database technologies, with a strong emphasis on Exadata and RAC. You will collaborate with customers and global engineering teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and quality of customer environments.

We are looking for individuals with advanced skills in Exadata, RAC, ASM, performance tuning, High Availability, backup and recovery, and hands-on experience with database upgrades, migrations, installations, and patching. - Provide expert-level support for Oracle Exadata and RAC environments, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization. - Administer and maintain Exadata and RAC systems, encompassing upgrades, migrations, and patching. - Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and offer proactive advice and support. - Develop and maintain essential technical documentation and knowledge articles. - Participate in a 24/7 shift rotation to ensure continuous support for Exadata systems. - Work collaboratively with the team to resolve complex technical issues and deliver high-quality solutions. - Effectively communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle RAC Database or Engineered Systems Administration. - Proficiency in Oracle Data Guard, RMAN Backup Recovery, Diagnostics, and ASM. - Demonstrated strong experience in managing customer relationships and providing expert advice. - Willingness to work night shifts or US time zone hours. - Must be willing to come to the office.

**Good to have:** - Experience with Exadata, GoldenGate, OCI, ZDLRA, and Performance Tuning. - A degree in BE, BTech, MCA, CA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
