This role requires participation in 24/7 shift rotations, including US timings, and a willingness to work from the office in Bengaluru.

Provide expert-level support for Oracle Exadata and RAC environments, tackling troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization challenges.

Administer and maintain Exadata and RAC systems through upgrades, migrations, and patching activities.

Collaborate closely with customers to understand their technical needs and offer proactive advice and support.

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge articles for team and customer use.

Participate in 24/7 shift rotations to ensure continuous support for Exadata systems.

Work collaboratively with the team to resolve intricate technical issues and deliver high-quality solutions.

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle RAC Database or Engineered Systems Administration is mandatory.

Proficiency in Oracle Data Guard, RMAN Backup Recovery, Diagnostics, and ASM (Automatic Storage Manager) is essential.

Demonstrated strong experience in fostering customer relationships through support and providing expert advice.

Flexibility to work night shifts or US timings is required, along with a willingness to come into the office.

Candidates with experience in Exadata, Golden Gate, OCI, ZDLRA, and advanced Performance Tuning will have an advantage. A BE, B.Tech, MCA, or CA degree, or an equivalent qualification, is preferred.
