Join Oracle’s Customer Success organization in a pivotal services and support role. This position focuses on enterprise Oracle database environments, collaborating with customers and global engineering teams to ensure optimal availability, reliability, and customer satisfaction. You'll be instrumental in maintaining engineering quality across diverse time zones.

This role is ideal for an experienced Oracle Exadata/RAC DBA seeking to leverage extensive knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills in a dynamic, enterprise-focused setting. You will contribute significantly to the success of critical Oracle database operations.

Provide expert-level support for Oracle Exadata and RAC environments, encompassing troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization.

Administer and maintain Exadata and RAC systems through proactive upgrades, migrations, and patching.

Collaborate closely with customers to understand their technical needs, offering proactive advice and support.

Develop and maintain essential technical documentation and knowledge articles for team and customer reference.

Participate in a 24/7 shift rotation to ensure continuous support for Exadata systems.

Work collaboratively with the team to resolve complex technical issues and deliver high-quality solutions.

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle RAC Database or Engineered Systems Administration.

Proficiency in Oracle Data Guard, RMAN Backup & Recovery, Diagnostics, and ASM.

Strong experience in cultivating customer relationships and providing expert advice.

Willingness to work night shifts or US timings and report to the office.

Experience with Exadata, Golden Gate, OCI, and ZDLRA, along with performance tuning, is highly desirable.

A B.E., B.Tech., MCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
