As the Principal Integration Architect, you will spearhead integration strategy and technical delivery for Oracle Health projects. You'll manage complex client engagements, acting as the main point of contact for integration challenges and risks. Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing domain, integration, testing, change management, and governance strategies. You will define and validate integration architecture, system interfaces, and interoperability solutions, leveraging expertise in Oracle Health iBus & CAMM6/7 frameworks to enhance healthcare interoperability.

Your role involves coordinating project workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration with internal and client stakeholders to define requirements and solution approaches is crucial. You will also monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, driving their resolution and supporting continuous improvement in integration methodologies and delivery standards.

We are seeking an experienced Principal Integration Architect with 6 to 10+ years of professional experience in Oracle Health, healthcare technology, integration architecture, or related technical leadership roles. Proven experience leading large-scale healthcare implementation, migration, or transformation projects is essential, as is a strong track record of managing client relationships and technical delivery teams.

Essential technical skills include a deep understanding of Oracle Health Millennium architecture and healthcare workflows, with experience in iBus architecture, CAMM6/7, interoperability, and CCDs. Familiarity with Citrix StoreFront Administration, IBM WebSphere Application Server, and SQL/Discern Explorer (CCL) is also required.
