Join our team as a Senior Analyst focusing on Pricing & CPQ solutions, specifically utilizing PROS Smart Price Optimization. This role involves deep engagement with PROS CPQ and pricing platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure seamless system integration. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to make a significant impact in pricing strategy and technology implementation. You will be at the forefront of enhancing our pricing capabilities and ensuring the effective use of CPQ tools.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with business teams to define and document pricing and quoting needs, configuring PROS CPQ modules, and establishing pricing rules, discounting logic, and approval workflows. You will also prepare test cases, execute functional testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee solution quality. Facilitating workshops, managing change adoption, and preparing functional documentation for end-user training are also core components of this role.

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with PROS CPQ or comparable CPQ tools, coupled with a strong understanding of pricing strategies, discounting, and approval workflows. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and ERP concepts is essential. Exposure to integration concepts from a functional viewpoint and basic data analysis skills using tools such as Excel and Power BI are expected. Awareness of pricing optimization techniques and margin analysis will be beneficial.

Additionally, a certification in PROS Smart Price Optimization and Management or PROS Smart Configure Price Quote is considered a strong asset. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
