Seeking a results-oriented Senior Analyst with expertise in Pricing and CPQ solutions. This role involves implementing and refining CPQ systems for mid-size to enterprise organizations, focusing on pricing strategy, product configuration, and quote-to-cash automation.

Collaborate effectively with sales, finance, product, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable quoting processes. Leverage advanced analytics and AI to develop pricing models, track key performance indicators, and build leadership dashboards.

Assess and optimize pricing processes aligned with business objectives and sales strategies through data diagnostics and gap analysis. Contribute to designing future-state solutions and vendor selection. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact the topline and bottom line for global B2B organizations.

Provide expert functional and implementation support for a range of Pricing and CPQ tools, including PROS, PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, and Callidus.

Develop and deploy process improvements utilizing best-in-class Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Function as a key member of client sales organizations, driving efficient and effective structured pricing and discounting approaches.

Engage with clients as a Consulting Professional to design, build, and implement strategies that enhance business performance within the Pricing & CPQ domain.

Conduct B2B pricing analytics, including exploratory analysis and reporting, and provide target state analytics recommendations.

A minimum of 3 years of progressive industry or consulting experience in Products, Communications & High Tech, Financial Services, or the Resources industry is required.

Demonstrated experience working with PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management (POM) and Smart Configure Price Quote (CPQ) is essential. Certifications in these areas are a significant advantage.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Macro, and PowerPoint is necessary, with exposure to visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau being beneficial.

Possess functional experience in pricing services, products, parts, and post-sales services. Familiarity with other Pricing & CPQ tools such as PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, PROS, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, and Callidus is a plus.
