Join our dynamic Engineering, AI & Data team as a Presales Solution Architect, focusing on Operations Support and RFP Management. This role is pivotal in modernizing systems and implementing new technology platforms to enhance financial performance and accelerate digital business growth.

We are looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead solution design for managed services and expertly handle RFP/RFI responses within Operations Support engagements. You will collaborate closely with sales, delivery, engineering, and client teams to craft competitive, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that precisely meet client business objectives.

Lead solution design for managed services and operations support, including crafting end-to-end service delivery models, operating procedures, and transition plans. Develop comprehensive solution architectures encompassing people, process, technology, governance, and SLAs. Drive the entire RFP/RFI/RFQ response process, from analyzing customer needs to coordinating with Subject Matter Experts, finance, legal, and operations for seamless, high-quality submissions.

Define robust support models (L1, L2, L3), establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), and design service management processes aligned with ITIL best practices. Create staffing plans, shift models, and capacity planning strategies, alongside developing roadmaps for continuous improvement and automation within operations.

A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, Managed Services, or Operations Support is required. Proven expertise in managing large-scale RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, coupled with a strong understanding of IT Operations, Service Management, and Managed Services principles. Familiarity with ITIL, operational governance, and service transition frameworks is essential. Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and communication skills are critical for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is expected.
