Lead end-to-end solution design for managed services and operations support. Develop comprehensive proposals and responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, coordinating with subject matter experts and internal teams. Define robust support models, including L1, L2, and L3 structures, and establish clear SLAs and governance frameworks. Craft detailed solution architectures encompassing people, process, technology, and governance. Facilitate client workshops and present tailored solutions to executive and technical stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout bid pursuits.

We are seeking an experienced Presales Solution Architect with a minimum of 8 years in Presales, Solution Architecture, Managed Services, or Operations Support. Proven success in managing large-scale RFP responses is essential.

A strong understanding of IT Operations, Service Management, and ITIL best practices is required, along with experience in operational governance and service transition frameworks. Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and communication skills are vital for this role. A Bachelor's degree is expected.
