We are seeking individuals with a strong mix of domain and management experience for our Data-driven FRC Pre-Sales track. You'll leverage your knowledge of global data privacy laws and implementation experience to collaborate with Privacy, Legal, and Information Security teams. This position offers a chance to assess organizational data privacy, develop roadmaps, and take on client-facing advisory responsibilities.

Collaborate closely with Privacy, Legal, and Information Security teams to pinpoint data processing risks and conduct or review assessments.

Assess an organization's current data privacy posture and devise strategies to enhance its compliance program maturity.

Conceptualize and lead the development of solutions, consulting assets, and pre-sales or Go-to-Market support.

Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively across all organizational levels and present complex information clearly.

Possess in-depth knowledge of global data privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, PDPL, LGPD, and the DPDP Act, with practical implementation experience.

Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis, ideally within the Financial Services industry.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency for impactful presentations.

Showcase knowledge of banking and regulatory processes; experience with major regulatory reporting platforms is a plus.

Bring strong problem-solving and rapid prototyping skills, with a passion for customer-facing interactions and a knack for quickly adapting to new technologies in a dynamic setting.
