As a Power & Utilities Sector Leader at EY, you will spearhead sector-led growth. Your role will involve originating and shaping deals, along with executing large-scale transformation programs. A key focus will be on enhancing sales enablement and improving pipeline quality to drive sustained revenue growth for the GDS Power & Utilities sector.

You will serve as a senior industry advisor, translating evolving energy transition and utility disruption trends into actionable client opportunities. This position is crucial for building a distinct sector proposition and positioning EY as the preferred partner for high-value, complex engagements.

Lead the strategic growth agenda for the Power & Utilities sector within GDS, defining key priorities and target accounts. Drive the origination and closure of significant transformation opportunities, focusing on themes like energy transition and grid modernization.

Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders in the sector, shaping enterprise transformation agendas and linking them to tangible business outcomes. Establish robust sales enablement practices, including disciplined pipeline management and pursuit excellence, to boost win rates and ensure consistency.

Develop and commercialize unique sector offerings, creating repeatable frameworks and go-to-market strategies. Strengthen market positioning through thought leadership and active industry engagement.

We are seeking individuals with over 25 years of experience in consulting or senior industry roles within the Power & Utilities sector, ideally with exposure to large-scale transformations. A proven track record of working with global clients and managing complex, multi-market engagements is essential.

Demonstrated experience in both industry and consulting environments is highly preferred. A strong academic background is expected, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree being ideal. An undergraduate degree in engineering, business, or a related field is typically required.

Familiarity with global delivery models and experience collaborating within matrixed organizations is also important. Deep expertise in Power & Utilities drivers, commercial acumen, advanced problem-solving, and executive-level communication skills are critical for success in this role.
