Key responsibilities include building Power Apps, developing basic plugins and workflows, and creating PCF components and customizations. You will configure and extend Field Service functionalities, including Dynamics 365 Service/Case, Dispatch & RSO, and Copilot features. This role also involves assisting with extensions for HCL Commerce/Magento, Sterling OMS/ViM/Configurator, and Liferay.

You will adhere to CI/CD processes for deployments to NON-PRO and PRO environments, creating unit and integration tests, and detailed deployment notes. The position requires documenting changes, actively participating in code reviews, and resolving routine defects.

We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of professional experience on enterprise platforms, typically around 3 years. A strong hands-on understanding of Dynamics 365/Power Platform, including Power Apps, plugins/workflows, PCF (React/TS), and core customizations, is essential.

Exposure to Field Service functionalities such as RSO basics, Canvas offline/online, and portals is required. Familiarity with at least one adjacent platform like HCL Commerce, Magento, Sterling, or Liferay is also necessary. Proficiency with Azure DevOps/GitHub and CI/CD promotion to NON-PRO/PRO, along with solid documentation and collaboration skills, are crucial for this role.
