NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Power BI & Snowflake Developer / Data Analytics Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering robust data analytics and business intelligence solutions, leveraging your expertise in data modeling, dashboard creation, Snowflake data warehousing, and Python automation.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, building optimized data models, and crafting DAX calculations and Power Query transformations. You will work extensively with Snowflake for data warehousing, focusing on performance tuning and query optimization. Additionally, you'll write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction and transformation, and utilize Python for data processing, automation, and analytics.

A good grasp of BI best practices, data visualization standards, and dashboard usability is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also critical for success in this role.

This position requires 6 to 8 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data engineering. Essential technical skills include extensive experience with Power BI (dashboard development, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, performance optimization) and Snowflake (data warehousing concepts, SQL development, query optimization, schema design, Snowflake objects). Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, scripting, and validation is also a must.

Candidates must possess good communication skills and be prepared to work a specific shift (10:30 AM to 8:30 PM). The role requires flexibility to work from client locations in EGL/Manyata, Bangalore, within a hybrid work environment. Full remote work is not an option, with expectations for a full return to the office in 2026. Additional prerequisites include possessing genuine and digitally signed Form 16 for all previous employments, complete employment history in UAN/PPF statements, and a genuine work experience matching the mandatory skills. Candidates must also have a short notice period of 0-3 weeks.
