EY seeks a Power BI and Executive Insights Lead to join the Strategy Execution & Operations (SE&O) team. This role is pivotal in empowering business leaders with actionable market performance insights. You will transform complex market and performance data into clear, executive-ready narratives and visualizations using Power BI.

As a key member of the USLI leadership support, you will design, develop, and maintain robust executive reporting solutions. Collaboration with business stakeholders, data owners, and Global Analytics teams is essential to deliver scalable and decision-supportive reporting products. Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, and recurring leadership reports. Create scalable reporting frameworks, reusable data models, and standardized visualization components.

Automate reporting workflows for improved timeliness, consistency, and usability, applying effective information design and data storytelling principles. Document data sources, logic, calculations, and refresh processes.

Analyze market, revenue, sales, pipeline, and operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and key drivers. Translate complex analysis into concise business narratives and recommendations for leadership decision-making.

Partner with data owners to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy. Support KPI standardization and reporting governance. Leverage EY Global Analytics tools and Power Platform capabilities to enhance insight generation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

We are looking for a professional with at least 12 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, executive reporting, or dashboard development.

Advanced Power BI development skills, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization, are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of connecting data to business context.

Familiarity with EY reporting environments, Markets data, and Global Analytics tools is preferred. Experience in executive data storytelling, presentation, and business writing is crucial.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in analytics, information systems, business, statistics, engineering, or a related discipline is required. Exposure to Big 4 or leading consulting firms is considered a plus.
