Join EY's Strategy Execution & Operations team as a Power BI and Executive Insights Lead. This role empowers business leaders with actionable insights derived from market performance data. You'll be instrumental in transforming complex data into clear, understandable business narratives, fostering better decision-making.

This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, and visualization to create impactful executive reporting solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and Global Analytics teams to deliver trusted, scalable, and decision-ready reports within the EY reporting environment.

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, and regular leadership reports. Develop scalable reporting frameworks, reusable data models, and standardized visualization components.

Automate reporting workflows for enhanced timeliness and consistency, applying data storytelling principles for executive-ready outputs. Document data sources, logic, refresh processes, and user guidance. Build efficiencies and standardization in data workflows, and develop collaboration tools.

Analyze critical performance data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate complex analysis into concise business narratives and recommendations for leadership. Support performance diagnostics, planning, and forecasting cycles by combining business context with data findings.

Possess advanced Power BI development skills, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualization, and dashboard performance optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, with a capacity to connect data to business context.

Demonstrate a good understanding of EY reporting, Markets data, and Global Analytics tools, along with knowledge of revenue, sales, pipeline, and growth metrics. Excellent executive data storytelling, presentation, and business writing capabilities are required.

Proven stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and communication skills are crucial. A high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality are paramount. Advanced Excel skills and beneficial exposure to MS365 Power Platform or related analytics technologies are expected.
