Develop at least 10 Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows. Execute SQL data queries, with or without PAD flows. Provide support for Power Automate projects and participate in hyper-care periods post-go-live. Utilize ITSM ticketing tools such as Service Now, Remedy, or Jira for issue management.

A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. Possess over 4 years of support experience with Microsoft Power Apps. Familiarity with programming languages like Java, .Net, Python, Angular JS, or Node.JS is advantageous. Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is preferred. Understanding or experience in Automation Anywhere bot development is a plus. Ability to work in shift models, including afternoon and night shifts, is necessary.
