We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead specializing in App Development with a strong focus on Power Apps. This role requires extensive experience in administering and migrating SharePoint Online environments within Microsoft 365.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SharePoint Online's capabilities, security models, and migration best practices. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining the integrity of our digital workspaces.

Administer SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365, managing site collections, hub sites, permissions, and tenant-level configurations.

Execute SharePoint Online tenant-to-tenant migrations, overseeing discovery, pre-migration cleanup, content staging, cutover, and post-migration validation.

Utilize migration tools like ShareGate for efficient and accurate data transfer, including permission mapping and error remediation.

Ensure robust security and permissions models are maintained, including integration with Azure AD groups and Microsoft 365 groups.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint Online issues, addressing access problems, broken links, and external user access.

Possess 5-7+ years of hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online in Microsoft 365.

Demonstrate 2-3+ years of direct experience with SharePoint Online tenant-to-tenant migrations.

Exhibit hands-on expertise with SharePoint migration tools, particularly ShareGate.

Show a strong understanding of SharePoint Online security, permissions models, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) concepts.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin portals for configuration and support is essential. Experience in creating technical documentation and migration runbooks is also required.
