Key responsibilities include managing monthly financial forecasts and actuals, alongside annual budgets for P&L and KPIs, ensuring accurate system uploads and validation. You will prepare and disseminate regular financial reports, dashboards, and insightful commentary for management, highlighting key performance metrics, variances, and trends.

Conduct in-depth variance analysis between actual results, forecasts, and budgets, providing clear explanations for significant deviations. Offer analytical support for strategic initiatives and operational enhancements. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data through rigorous validation and reconciliation processes.

Support critical events such as Business Reviews and 3-Year Plans, and address ad-hoc requests to resolve specific business challenges. Foster collaboration with upstream and downstream Finance teams, as well as Sales, Operations, and HR, for data input, clarification, and reconciliation. Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance standards, and updated SOPs.

A strong grasp of accounting principles, reporting, and analytical techniques is essential. Familiarity with financial processes, financial statements, and understanding the P&L and its key drivers is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, is a must.

Experience with large-scale ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or HFM is preferred. A foundational understanding of internal control principles and processes is also advantageous. Experience within the service or IT industry is beneficial.
