We are seeking experienced professionals to contribute to our Cloud Infrastructure Management community. As a permanent team member, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering tangible business value through AI, technology, and people. Manage and administer cloud-hosted database environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and health monitoring. Execute critical backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures. Monitor and optimize database performance, availability, and capacity. Plan and implement database patching, upgrades, and version migrations. Investigate and resolve database-related incidents, alerts, and service interruptions. Support security compliance through user access management and vulnerability remediation.

Collaborate with CloudOps, SysOps, Application Support, and Engineering teams on database initiatives. Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and automation scripts. You will be a key player in ensuring the resilience and efficiency of our database services.

This role requires 6 to 9 years of IT experience, with a strong focus on PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Amazon RDS, and Aurora. Proficiency in ServiceNow, Git/Version Control, CI/CD Pipelines, and Networking concepts like VPC, DNS, and Routing is essential. Experience with ALB Management, Backup & Recovery, and Release & Deployment Support is also crucial. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in relational database technologies and cloud-native database services, with a proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements in a 24x7 operational setting.
