Actively learn and deeply understand machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.

A PhD degree in a STEM field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience is required. Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language like Python, C/C++, or Java is essential.

Experience in training deep learning models with frameworks like JAX, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is necessary. You must possess research experience in machine learning or AI techniques, evidenced through open-source projects, academic lab work, research internships, or publications.

Submission of at least one scientific paper to AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR, ICCV, ICLR) is a key qualification. A Master's degree in a STEM field, or equivalent experience, is preferred. The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and navigate ambiguity is also a plus.
