Design, develop, and maintain QuickBase applications for comprehensive portfolio and project management.

Configure workflows, forms, automations, notifications, and business rules within QuickBase to optimize processes.

Manage critical functions including initiative intake, demand management, prioritization, and portfolio planning.

Support essential activities like roadmap planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.

Create and maintain insightful portfolio dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.

Develop interactive visualizations using tools like QuickBase Dashboards, Power BI, or Tableau.

Integrate data from multiple business systems to establish a unified and cohesive portfolio view.

Analyze key portfolio metrics, project performance, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization to drive informed decisions.

Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy across all portfolio management tools.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), or Business Operations.

Extensive hands-on experience with QuickBase Application Development and Administration is essential.

Proven experience in managing initiative intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, and governance processes.

Demonstrated experience with Portfolio Planning Tools and established reporting frameworks.

Strong skills in dashboard development utilizing QuickBase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.

Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into effective workflow solutions.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
