As a Senior POD Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions. You'll contribute to shaping the future of data architecture and strategy within a collaborative environment.

Design and implement custom data solutions, from streaming data to comprehensive data lakes, catering to diverse customer needs within an evolving technical landscape. Provide expert recommendations on the most suitable technologies and architectures, addressing all layers from applications to infrastructure.

Leverage strong coding skills in Python, Java, and Scala to deploy efficient, secure, and scalable solutions with robust data integrations. Collaborate across various technical stacks, including Cloudera, Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS. Develop and deliver clear presentations communicating complex technical concepts and generate detailed solution documentation like sequence diagrams and logical system views, adhering to Agile methodologies. Build and deploy essential databases and data stores.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics projects is required. Additionally, candidates must possess at least 2 years of experience leading teams in data-related projects, focusing on developing end-to-end technical solutions. The role necessitates an ability to travel at least 25% of the time. An undergraduate or graduate degree is preferred for this position.
