NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic People & Organization / Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Manager to lead our India-based offshore delivery team. This role is crucial for scaling our P&O practice and partnering with North America leaders to deliver high-quality consulting solutions.

As a Senior Leader, you will drive client success through expert advisory, strategy development, and offshore delivery coordination. You'll ensure maximum employee adoption and minimize resistance to change initiatives, while also contributing to internal practice growth and talent development.

Lead and manage the India-based P&O offshore delivery team, ensuring high-quality outcomes for global clients. Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies in partnership with North America teams to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Coordinate offshore delivery resources to enhance adoption, utilization, proficiency, and desired business outcomes. Measure and monitor change readiness and adoption, reporting consistently across teams. Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, facilitating leadership alignment and developing enterprise transformation strategies. Apply best practice OCM methodologies and identify innovative ways to accelerate client change journeys. Coach, manage, and mentor P&O talent to achieve high performance.

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of recent consulting experience, including practice growth, sales/account team partnership, and advisory-level client relationships. 5 years of experience leading medium to complex OCM engagements with distributed or offshore teams. 2+ years of experience building and managing cross-functional teams of up to 20 members. Experience using AI tools to enhance consulting delivery. Ability to work across India and North America time zones and travel as needed.
