This role is crucial for maintaining robust program governance and ensuring seamless resource management within our dynamic project environments. You will work with a forward-thinking organization committed to innovation and client satisfaction.

Your core responsibilities will include coordinating resource assignments, managing transitions, and ensuring timely roll-offs and extensions. You will be instrumental in developing accurate dashboards and management reports that track resource capacity, utilization, attrition, and workforce risks.

This role also involves driving recruiting and staffing efforts in conjunction with HR and Recruiting teams. You will define job descriptions, monitor hiring pipelines, identify staffing needs, and ensure the prompt fulfillment of critical positions. Collaboration with Program Leadership and other key stakeholders is essential for performance assessments, retention strategies, and proactive risk resolution.

Ideal candidates will possess a solid understanding of PMO processes and program management methodologies, with a preference for experience in large-scale SAP, ERP transformation, or Data Migration projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for working effectively with diverse teams and leadership.

We require a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in project/program management principles and PMO governance. A graduate degree is necessary, and prior exposure to Data Migration or ERP transformation programs is beneficial but not mandatory. Experience with onsite/offshore delivery models and fluency in English are also key requirements for this position.
