Seeking an experienced Project Manager/Solution Architect to serve as the primary offshore liaison for Phase 1 planning, delivery oversight, and solution integrity. This role is pivotal in bridging communication between onsite leads and the offshore assessment team, ensuring the quality and timely completion of all Phase 1 deliverables. The position also encompasses responsibility for organizational change readiness during Phase 1.

This is a critical role requiring a seasoned professional to drive project success and ensure seamless execution of the initial project phase.

Key duties include owning the Phase 1 project plan, workshop schedules, deliverable tracking, and risk/issue logs. Responsibilities extend to maintaining a holistic solution view across functional, technical, data, security, and integration domains, actively managing inter-workstream dependencies. Ensuring deliverable quality through defined gates, upholding documentation standards, and verifying requirements traceability against the RFP are paramount. The role involves consolidating workstream outputs into target architecture, roadmaps, risk registers, and Phase 2 estimates. Conducting change readiness assessments, including stakeholder mapping and outlining training and communication plans, is also a core function. Managing scope through the change control process and identifying client dependencies that impact timelines are essential. Furthermore, coordinating offshore resource allocation, utilization, and knowledge transfer for Phase 2 is a key responsibility.

A minimum of 12 years of experience is required for this role. Candidates must demonstrate a strong ability to manage project plans, deliverables, and risks effectively.
