Seeking a seasoned Project Manager and Solution Architect to serve as the single point of accountability for offshore delivery of Phase 1. This pivotal role ensures robust planning, governance, and solution coherence, acting as the crucial link between onsite leadership and the offshore assessment team.

This position is vital for ensuring the quality and timeliness of all Phase 1 deliverables, while also overseeing organizational change readiness. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex projects and architecting effective solutions in an offshore environment.

Take full ownership of the Phase 1 project plan, including workshop scheduling, deliverable tracking, RAID log management, and weekly status reporting.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the overall solution across functional, technical, data, security, and integration streams, actively managing cross-workstream dependencies.

Govern deliverable quality gates, enforce documentation standards, and ensure requirements traceability against the RFP baseline.

Consolidate outputs from various workstreams to define the target architecture, implementation roadmap, risk register, and Phase 2 estimates.

Conduct thorough change readiness assessments, encompassing stakeholder mapping, high-level impact analysis, training needs identification, and communication plan outlining.

Manage project scope through the established change control process, proactively identifying and flagging client dependencies that may impact the schedule.

Coordinate offshore resource allocation, monitor utilization, and ensure seamless knowledge transfer into Phase 2.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in project management and solution architecture is required.

Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex projects in an offshore setting.

Strong understanding of delivery governance, solution coherence, and managing cross-functional dependencies.

Experience with RAID logs, status reporting, and change control processes.

Proficiency in conducting change readiness assessments and developing communication plans.

Excellent coordination and resource management skills.

Familiarity with RFP baselines and requirements traceability is essential.
