Seeking a seasoned PLM Support Engineer with expertise in Windchill. This role focuses on providing comprehensive support and development for the Windchill PLM application, ensuring seamless operation and effective solutions for business needs. Provide in-depth support and customization for Windchill PLM applications, including PDMLink, Option & Variants, and Workflow.

Design, develop, and implement solutions for data modeling, configuration, and customization requirements.

Integrate Windchill with other systems using ESI and TIBCO middleware, and work with MCAD and ERP systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring application stability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs effectively.

Be flexible to work in shifts to provide necessary support coverage.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Windchill PLM application design, development, and support is required.

Demonstrated strong experience in Windchill solution design, data modeling, configuration, and customization.

Proficiency in PTC Windchill PDMLink, Option & Variants, Workflow, OIR, and InfoEngine Task customization & configuration.

Solid experience with Windchill ESI, Info Engine integration, and TIBCO middleware.

Experience integrating with MCAD tools (Creo, Solidworks) and Infor ERP systems.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, and XML.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of application support processes and familiarity with ServiceNow.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is a must.
