This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge automation frameworks, modern tools like Playwright, Selenium, and Rest Assured, and exposure to global Agile delivery teams. Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript), Core Java, and Selenium. Build scalable automation solutions for web applications, focusing on quality, reliability, and performance. Create reusable automation components, libraries, and utilities following framework design principles. Develop and execute automated UI, API, and end-to-end test cases. Participate in requirement analysis, test strategy preparation, and automation planning. Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

A minimum of 6 years of IT experience is required, with at least 2 years of hands-on expertise in Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript. Strong coding experience in Core Java and extensive experience in Selenium WebDriver automation are essential. Proven ability to design and develop automation frameworks from scratch (e.g., Hybrid, Page Object Model, Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, BDD) is a must. A solid understanding of OOP concepts, collections, exception handling, and Java programming standards is required. Familiarity with test runners and frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or BDD frameworks is important. Good exposure to API Testing (REST Assured/Postman/Karate is preferred) and experience with source control tools like Git/GitHub/Bitbucket are necessary. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI is also required.
